I came here bc they have been less crowded and quick getting you in and out. So I was called up within minutes of arriving. She give me two sheets to fill out. Instead of allowing me to fill the forms out At the station, I had to be seated to fill it out THEN WAIT behind a stand to be called back up. And they don't acknowleged you 1st just bc you're standing behind the stand/line. At least at the Anderson DMV they have all papers readily available as soon as you come in so that when your number is called......ALL INFO IS FILLED OUT. I watched a full episode of The Simpson's on my cell while I waited in line. The young guy behind me, his mom took a seat bc her legs were hurting. WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS ONE.
Normally, I would give it a 3. Today however, the lady was extremely and unnecessarily rude. I left because "they couldn't help me". I went to Anderson with the exact same paperwork and was out in 7 minutes. There, they were very polite and helpful.
Very rude young lady behind desk made a mistake and act as if it were my fault
This is the best DMV in the area. All the ladies are very nice and helpful.
